Breaded Rack Of Lamb

 A rack of lamb is a great tasting piece of meat if handled properly, This recipe that I want you to try is easy to make and have great flavor, plus your family and friends will love it.

Ingredients

Salt and Pepper

2 racks of lamb ( Frenched )

Dijon Mustard

2 cups of seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Season lamb and sear fat side down, place lamb in a roasting pan rack side down and cook on 400 degrees for 15 minutes it should be about medium rare.

Remove from oven and let rest 1 minute, coat fat side of each rack with Dijon mustard and bread crumbs, return to the oven until golden brown; let rest a few minutes before carving.

You will really enjoy the great tasting dish.
