Beer Braised Short Ribs
Braising with beer
There is nothing better than beer cool and refreshing and every one just loves it one way or another, for me I don't drink but I really love to cook with it.
Cooking with beer for me is my replacement for drinking it, I get the same satisfaction for it as I would if I was ordering it at a bar or at the supermarket That's why I wanted to share with you this great tasting recipe for braising Beef Short Ribs.
By just using a few store brought items you can make you and your family one of the greatest tasting dishes you have had in a long while.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300F to 350F). Remove ribs from pot; place ribs on grill. Grill 10 minutes or until last 5 minutes, of grilling, baste ribs with barbecue sauce. Remove from grill, and serve.

That sounds delicious. I get all my meat at the local butcher shop down the street, it also happens to be the best place to get a good beer. I'll be trying this recipe for sure.
